On May 17, 2022, Rush Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2022 Annual Meeting”). At the 2022 Annual Meeting, the holders of 41,090,920 shares of Class A Common Stock and the holders of 10,974,795 shares of Class B Common Stock cast votes, either in person or by proxy. Proposal 1 – Election of Directors. The Company’s shareholders elected W.M. “Rusty” Rush, Thomas A. Akin, Raymond J. Chess, William H. Cary, Dr. Kennon H. Guglielmo, Elaine Mendoza and Troy A.
