Financial report summary

?
Management Discussion
  • The weighted average yield on our total portfolio, which was 7.6% and 8.0% as of June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, is calculated by taking the annualized straight-line rents plus operating expense recoveries, reflected as lease revenue on our condensed consolidated statements of operations and other comprehensive income, less property operating expenses, of each acquisition since inception, as a percentage of the acquisition cost plus subsequent capital improvements. The weighted average yield does not account for the interest expense incurred on the mortgages placed on our properties.
