On June 16, 2021, Global Indemnity Group, LLC (“the Company”) held its 2021 Annual General Meeting. The proposals submitted to a vote of the shareholders at the meeting are described in detail in the Company’s Proxy Statement. The final results of voting for each matter are as follows:
Proposal 1: Election of Director
The following individual was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors to hold office for the term expiring at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of shareholders or until a successor is duly elected and qualified:
