An annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Byline Bancorp, Inc. (“Byline” or the “Company”) was held on June 8, 2021. A total of 34,141,569 shares of the Company's common stock were present or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting. This represented approximately 88.37% of the Company's shares of common stock that were outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. Two proposals were presented to Byline’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting. The proposals are described in Byline’s 2021 Proxy Statement.
