The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 (Results of Operations and Financial Condition). On February 3, 2021, CSG Systems International, Inc. (“CSG”) issued a press release relating to the results of its operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of such press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
In the attached press release, CSG makes reference to non-GAAP financial measures. Non-GAAP financial measures are not measures of performance under GAAP, and therefore should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for GAAP financial information. There are limitations with the use of non-GAAP financial measures since they are not based on any comprehensive set of accounting rules or principles, and the way in which CSG calculates non-GAAP financial measures may differ from the way in which other companies calculate similar non-GAAP financial measures.
