This increase was not due to the recently announced acquisition from TG Barnett Resources, LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo Gas Americas, Ltd. The borrowing base is subject to semi-annual redeterminations with the next scheduled redetermination to occur in the fall of 2021.
