I.         

The Board of Directors resolved unanimously, after consulting the Statutory Audit Committee, to approve the terms of the Risk Factors section of Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2019.

II.        

The Board of Directors resolved unanimously, after consulting the Statutory Audit Committee, to approve the Report on Internal Controls of the Board of Directors, in the form presented by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Auditores Independentes.

III.       

 The Board of Directors resolved unanimously, after consulting the Statutory Audit Committee, to approve the Company's Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2019.
