Item 1.01 Entry Into A Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 13, 2019, the Company executed an agreement with Nostrum Laboratories Inc. (“Nostrum”) pursuant to which the Company will sell to Nostrum all of its rights in and to the Company’s approved abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs) for its generic Norco® (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets, USP CII) and generic Percocet® (Oxycodone Hydrochloride and Acetaminophen, USP CII) for $600,000 in cash.
