Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Andrea Guerra, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tapestry, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company on February 12, 2020 of his resignation from the Board, effective February 12, 2020. The Board subsequently voted to reduce its size to seven members.
