Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
(a)(1) | On March 4, 2005, Presidion Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of registrant, entered into a one year Line of Credit with Mirabilis Ventures, Inc., a Nevada Corporation. The Credit facility allows Presidion to draw a minimum of $1 million and up to a limit of $5 million based upon it’s accounts receivables. Prior to this agreement, Mirabilis had become a senior creditor to the registrant. |
