Item 8.01Other Events.

 

On April 29, 2020, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, "Marine Products Corporation Announces Reduced Quarterly Cash Dividend.” The press release announced that the Board of Directors reduced the quarterly dividend from $0.12 per share to $0.08 per share. The dividend is payable June 10, 2020 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2020.
