This Current Report on Form 8-K is filed by CBRE Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), in connection with the matters described herein.

 

Item 1.02

Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

On December 28, 2020, CBRE Services, Inc. (“Services”), a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, redeemed all of its outstanding $425 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) in accordance with the provisions of the Notes and the indenture and supplemental indentures governing the Notes. As such, the obligations of Services, the Company and the other guarantors under the Notes and such supplemental indentures were discharged on that date.
