On February 4, 2021, Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of James Asher as President, Novo Healthnet Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“NHL”). Mr. Asher succeeds Dr. Pierre Dalcourt, who remains a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and a Senior Advisor with NHL.
