Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
(b) Christopher J. Reed resigned from his positions as a member of the board of directors of Reed’s Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Reed’s”) and as a member of the operations committee of the board effective April 2, 2021. Mr. Reed continues to serve as Reed’s Chief Innovation Officer.
Effective April 6, 2021, the board of directors reduced the size of the board from seven (7) members to six (6) members, in accordance with Reed’s Amended and Restated Bylaws in effect, to eliminate the vacancy created by Mr. Reed’s resignation.
