K12 INC. TO VOLUNTARILY DELIST FROM NYSE ARCA
Trading Began on the NYSE Today
Herndon, VA, December 31, 2008 — K12 Inc. (NYSE: LRN), a leading provider of proprietary, technology-based curriculum and education services created for online delivery to students in kindergarten through 12th grade, announced that it has voluntarily delisted its common stock from NYSE Arca. The Company determined that it was in the best interests of the Company and its stockholders to withdraw its listing from NYSE Arca in light of the Company’s acceptance for listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
