Banco Bradesco S.A., in accordance with Paragraph 4 of Article 157 of Law No. 6,404/1976 and CVM Instruction No. 358/2002, hereby informs to the market that it will suspend on this date its disclosed projections ("Guidance") for the year 2020.
The decision is due to the high uncertainties caused by COVID-19 pandemic and its various impacts in the economic environment.
As soon as a more predictable scenario come up, Bradesco Management will evaluate the disclosure of its new Guidance.
