(Nasdaq, TASE: LPMA) today announced that the plaintiff in the purported securities class action in Israel has filed a motion in the Tel Aviv district court to withdraw the claim without prejudice. The motion to withdraw this lawsuit is subject to court approval. The Company believes that such approval will be granted.
