Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 28, 2020, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary financial results for first quarter 2020 and providing a COVID-19 business update.
The Company’s press release, in addition to containing preliminary results for the three months ending March 31, 2020 that are determined in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”), contains certain “non-GAAP” financial measures. The Company’s press release includes a reconciliation of GAAP to non-GAAP financial measures.
