Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective July 30, 2021, Walter Cronin, Chief Commercial Officer, resigned from the Company to pursue personal investment opportunities and other areas of interest in agriculture. He will continue as a consultant on protein and oil initiatives for the Company.
