Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 29, 2020, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka ("FHLBank") distributed a message to its members announcing FHLBank's 2020 first quarter operating results. The message included information as to how FHLBank management evaluated FHLBank's performance for the quarter and outlined COVID-19 assistance provided to members. A copy of the message is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
