Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
The Western Union Company (the “Company”) will hold a meeting with investors today, September 24, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. Mountain Time in Denver, Colorado (the “Investor Meeting”). During the Investor Meeting, Hikmet Ersek, President and Chief Executive Officer, Raj Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer, and other members of the Company’s management team will provide a presentation relating to the Company’s strategy and financial outlook. Information regarding access to the Investor Meeting by webcast can be found on the Company’s website at www.wu.com under Investor Relations.
On September 24, 2019, the Company issued a press release relating to the Investor Meeting. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
