Item 5.01- Change In Control of Registrant
On March 25, 2019, as a result of a private transaction, the control block of voting stock of ZZLL Information Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) consisting of 16,065,500 shares of common stock [“Shares”] representing an ownership interest of approximately 79.2% has been transferred from Sean Webster [“Seller”] to Wei Liang and Wei Zhu [“The Purchasers”]. The Seller and the two Purchasers are current Directors of the Company. The consideration for the shares was an aggregate of $16,065.50. The source of cash consideration for the shares was personal funds of the Purchasers.
