CDW Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Collin B. Kebo, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Offer, notified the Company on May 3, 2021 of his plans to retire to devote more time to his family and other interests. Mr. Kebo will remain in his current role until a successor is named to facilitate a smooth transition.
