Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 22, 2021, The Commonwealth Fund published a research paper on its website co-authored by researchers at Harvard University, Phreesia, and the Commonwealth Fund that analyzed data on changes in visit volume for the more than 50,000 providers who are Phreesia clients. A copy of the paper is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
