Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 14, 2021, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc. (the “Issuer”), a subsidiary of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a notice of partial redemption for the Issuer’s 9.500% Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). The notice of redemption states that $50,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes will be redeemed on July 14, 2021 at a price equal to 103% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but excluding, the redemption date.
