Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company previously announced the execution of a merger agreement (the “Merger Agreement”) with Vertex Aerospace Services Holding Corp., Andor Merger Sub LLC and Andor Merger Sub Inc. On March 7, 2022 the materials attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 through 99.6 were disseminated in connection with the announcement of the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.
