On June 14 and 15, 2021, NextEra Energy Partners, LP (NEP) issued press releases announcing the offering and pricing, respectively, of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 0% convertible senior notes due 2024 in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Copies of the press releases are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
