Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 17, 2021, Ralph J. Sommers, Jr. notified CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) of his retirement as a director of the Company effective upon the expiration of his current term at the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Concurrent with his retirement, the Company will reduce the size of its Board of Directors to eliminate the vacancy. Mr. Sommers will also retire as a director of Community Bank, the Company’s wholly-owned bank subsidiary.
