Item 5.07.    Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On April 29, 2021, Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders. A total of 24,974,586 shares of the Company’s common stock were present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting, representing approximately 91.92% of the Company’s common stock outstanding as of the March 4, 2021 record date. Following are the voting results for the proposals considered and voted upon at the meeting, each of which were described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on March 16, 2021 (the “Definitive Proxy Statement”).
Item 1 — Election of Directors
The following Class III directors were elected for a term of office expiring on the date of the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2024 and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified.
