On April 30, 2020, Helius Medical Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the publication of its PoNS™ registrational clinical trial(TBI-001) inmild-to-moderate traumatic brain injury. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
