(b) Resignation of Certain Officers.
Resignation of Hayley E. Lowe as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Counsel
On June 13, 2021, Hayley E. Lowe, Chief Compliance Officer Chief Legal Officer of StHealth Capital Investment Corporation (the “Company”), resigned their positions with the Company, effective as of June 18, 2021.
