Item 1.01Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

SeaSpine Orthopedics Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation (the "Company"), and PcoMed, LLC are parties to a supply agreement originally entered into as of May 15, 2013 pursuant to which, among other things, PcoMed granted the Company a worldwide exclusive license to sell certain of its products treated with certain proprietary PcoMed technology for use in the spinal interbody and intervertebral market.

On December 21, 2020, SeaSpine Orthopedics Corporation and PcoMed entered into an amendment to the supply agreement pursuant to which the initial term of the supply agreement was extended from November 30, 2020 to January 15, 2021.
