On March 4, 2021, Robert L. Johnson provided notice to Elevate Credit, Inc. (the “Company”) that he would not to stand for reelection at the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”). Mr. Johnson will remain a director and maintain his Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee membership through the 2021 Annual Meeting. Mr. Johnson’s decision not to stand for reelection is not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Johnson for his years of outstanding and dedicated service as a director.
