On March 11, 2020, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized the grant of 78,261 shares of the Company’s common stock to each of Thomas E. Messier, the Company’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, and William R. Elliott, the Company’s Vice Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer, pursuant to the Company’s 2018 Equity Incentive Plan.The issuance date of the foregoing grants of common stock will be determined by the Company.
