On March 24, 2021, Briggs Morrison, M.D. resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Codiak BioSciences, Inc. (the “Company”), and all committees thereof. The decision by Dr. Morrison was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board. Dr. Morrison will continue his service with the Company as a member of its Scientific Advisory Board.
