On June 30, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of ShiftPixy, Inc. (the “Company”), at the recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board, approved increases to the annual base salaries of the following named executive officers of the Company, in the amounts indicated below, effective July 1, 2021:
