NEXA. ANNOUNCES
CASH DIVIDENDS OF US$50 MILLION
Luxembourg, February 13, 2020 - Nexa Resources S.A. (“Nexa Resources” or “Nexa” or the “Company”) (NYSE and TSX Symbol: “NEXA”), announces that the board of directors of the Company resolved today to distribute a cash dividend (“Dividend”) of US$0.377533 per common share to shareholders of the Company of record at the close of business on March 16, 2020. The Dividend will represent an aggregate amount of approximately US$50 million, based on the 132,438,611 common shares outstanding as of December 31, 2019.
The Dividend will be paid on March 30, 2020. A Luxembourg withholding tax of 15% will be applied to the gross dividend amount, however, refund possibilities exist under Luxembourg law.
