Hi team! Many of you got a chance to tune in to Zendesk’s Investor Day and watch me join Mikkel Svane and other Zendesk executives as we walked investors through topics of accelerating growth, executing at scale, expanding opportunities, and delivering results.

For those of you who have also been watching the stock price, I know it can be hard to see the price go down. We’ve talked about it time and time again: short-term volatility is a hallmark of the capital markets, and often is uncorrelated to the health of our business. Clearly, there are still shareholders who need more education on the transaction. We’re up for the challenge.

Over the next few months we’re on a journey to demonstrate the long term benefits for customers and shareholders in bringing these two companies together. Concurrently, we need to stay focused on hitting our Q4 goals, and laying the groundwork for 2022 success. There’s never been more eyes on our results—your efforts will help us shine.

Our leadership and board members believe in this deal. We have a special team dedicated to working towards closing the transaction, and until that’s done, the plan is to stay the course. When we deliver for our stakeholders, we all win.

Thank you all for your hard work in 2021 so far. Let’s crush Q4!
