On March 16, 2020, RTI Surgical Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “RTI”) issued a press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing that the Company intends to file a Form12b-25 with the SEC, which will allow the Company an additional 15 calendar days to timely file its10-K (through March 31, 2020).
On March 16, 2020, the Company also issued a related written communication to employees attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 regarding the Company’s intent to file a Form12b-25 with the SEC.
