As previously disclosed, 10x Genomics, Inc. (the “Company”) has been involved in patent litigation with Becton, Dickinson and Company (“BD”) and Cellular Research, Inc. As part of the Agreement, each party, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, has also entered into a covenant not to sue in certain fields related to each company’s products.
