On February 9, 2022, MediaCo Holding Inc. (the “Company”) entered into employment agreements with Ann Beemish, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and Brad A. Tobin, the Company’s President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.
The agreements generally memorialize the terms and conditions of employment for each of Ms. Beemish and Mr. Tobin that have been previously disclosed.
Ms. Beemish’s agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Mr. Tobin’s agreement as Exhibit 99.2.
