Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws.
Amended and Restated Bylaws
On December 7, 2020, the Registrant’s bylaws were amended and restated (the “Amended and Restated Bylaws”) to modify notice requirements for shareholder meetings in order to comply with the Omnibus Guidelines of the North American Securities Administrators Association.
The Amended and Restated Bylaws became effective immediately.
