Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 8, 2021, Mark Gundacker resigned from his positions as Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff of Metromile, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Gundacker will remain with the Company and continue to serve as its Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff through October 29, 2021, during which time he will also assist with an orderly transition of his duties. Mr. Gundacker’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief People Officer.
