Certain statements in this Current Report on Form 8-K may be considered “forward-looking statements” within the meaning of the “safe harbor” provisions of the United States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements generally relate to future events or CAH’s or LumiraDx’s future financial or operating performance.
