Sensient Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on February 12, 2021 disclosing its results of operations for its quarter and year ended December 31, 2020, and its financial condition at that date.  The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
