On April 28, 2020, Escalade, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the matter described in Item 8.01. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. On April 28, 2020, the Company repaid the $5.6275 million loan received pursuant to the Paycheck Protection Program.
