Other Events.
On February 22, 2021, Georgia Power Company (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement covering the issuance and sale of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its Series 2021A 3.25% Senior Notes due March 15, 2051 (the “Series 2021A Senior Notes”). The 2021A Senior Notes were registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, pursuant to the shelf registration statement (Registration No. 333-229844) of the Company.
