Item 8.01 – Other Events.
On June 1, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of its common stock and Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2021.
A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
