On June 3, 2020, in light of current economic conditions and in line with other expense reduction actions being taken by HollyFrontier Corporation (the “Corporation”), at the request of Michael C. Jennings, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the “Board”) approved a 10% salary reduction for Mr. Jennings for the remainder of 2020, effective July 1, 2020. In addition, the Board approved a 10% reduction in the cash compensation to be paid to the non-employee directors for the remainder of 2020, effective July 1, 2020.
