The Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of First US Bancshares, Inc. (the Company”) was held on April 29, 2021. Summarized below are descriptions of the matters voted on at the Annual Meeting and the final results of such voting:

The shareholders ratified the appointment of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC as the Company’s independent registered public accountants for the year ending December 31, 2021. Proposal 3 Advisory Approval of Executive Compensation.
